Offering Presence to our being allows us to slow down, breathe in everything, and consciously co-create our reality. It is often rather romanticised, however, in reality becoming present is a journey that requires us to become conscious of not just the good but the bad and ugly as well. Becoming present asks of us to confront all that which presents itself. In this session, we understand the current psychological weather. We discern the Now. What Time is it? What is asked of you in this phase of life? Where must you offer yourself up with more intention and attention? What is it that you are looking at? How do you make the best possible choices in this current life situation - be it seemingly good or bad? This session is for those seeking to understand the present life situation. It does not deal with the past or the future. Yes, they are all connected, but we specifically seek to untangle the knots that pulls back the present to the past or push towards the future - all which causes us distress and disharmony with what is in the present. Permeating Presence is a service where I offer my objective perspective to your subjective present. It is an analysis of your current life situation, answers to the questions about your present reality, and a safe space for you to share that which weighs you down.
