The work adapts to what you bring into the session. Some meetings involve deeper analytic exploration, while others focus on present circumstances, orientation, and the practical clarity needed to move through a particular phase of time. Each structure follows its own rhythm and is paid as a monthly package. - Weekly sessions create continuity and allow deeper psychological material to surface with steadiness. - Bi-weekly sessions maintain a measured pace that supports integration between meetings. - Monthly sessions offer a slower rhythm for long-form developmental work and require a minimum three-month commitment. Frequencies cannot be mixed. When you choose a rhythm, all sessions follow that schedule for the duration of the package. This maintains the containment and momentum needed for analytic work to deepen. Sessions are 90 minutes and conducted online unless otherwise arranged. You may shift to a different frequency only when beginning a new package.
